Jackdaw Vessel

Carved from Oak with a eucalypt grip and mountain ash beadwork, the piece is called The Jackdaw. It stands like a vessel from an older world, somewhere between tool and relic, part ship and part body.

There is a pirate spirit in it, not the costume but the archetype, the scavenger of coastlines, the keeper of old maps, the one who trusts instinct over compass. The Jackdaw feels built for wandering, carrying stories it refuses to translate fully.

A vessel for imagined voyages, for the dream of leaving and returning changed.
